Palm Sunday

Today has been a great day... We got up this morning and went to church. They talked about what Easter really means to people.. What does it mean to you? Today is Palm Sunday and one week away from Easter Sunday... The girls will look so cute in their matching dresses next Sunday.. We are talking about going to Sunrise Service at Mills Park.. I've never been to a sunrise service and I think it will be really special....The only trick will be to get the girls and me up and dressed and there by 6:30am..... HaHa!! We came home from church and had short naps. David and Hannah had Dirt Diamond practice at 3pm. Only 4 people showed up!! Now that's not how to win games!! Our girls still need alot of practice!! We have a game tomorrow night at 6pm, and I hope we do well.. I love watching those girls play!! It's sooo exciting... Tomorrow it's back to work as usual!! Yuck!! Oh well... I hope it's a nice week like last week!! It's been another great weekend!!!! Here is a little history about Palm Sunday for those of you who don't know.... Goodnight....

Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, fulfilling an ancient prophecy. The crowds welcomed him by shouting "Hosanna" thus ascribing to him a messinic title as the agent of the Lord, the Coming King of Israel.
The name Palm Sunday got its name from people young and old that were in the crowds shouting "Hosanna" waving Palm Branches in the air to welcome the coming king
