Monday AGAIN!!!!!!

Well, It's Monday again.... Man, those weekends are just not long enough.... Hannah got to go swimming at daycare today.... Mom stayed another night too...... Hannah was sooo tired when she got home from school... She came in and told me her head hurt, but I could tell that she was just wore out..... So she took a small nap and then showered and she felt sooo much better.... So, she did end up going to VBS and had her a great time.. Shanna came over after she dropped her kiddos off at VBS and we hung out with Hayleigh and Hayden and they kept us plenty entertained.... Hayden is soooo dang funny!! He kept running over to my mom and hitting her on the leg.... He thought it was tooo funny.... We went and picked the kids up at 9pm and took one of Hannah's friends home... We are now getting ready for bed, and it's WAY past our bed time.... So goodnight all......

Vacation Bible School Starts Tonight....

Today started off with Dave having to go cook chickens for church, so me and the girls didn't go to service this morning... Dave got home around 1pm and the girls went down for naps... My mom came in this afternoon and surprised the girls.... Me and Dave went to Wal-mart to buy groceries while mom watched the girls... Then Shanna and her kiddos came over and had supper with us then off to VBS... It started a 6:30 and will end at 9... Dave is one of the helpers there and I know he is enjoying himself...Hayleigh is upset because she couldn't go!! Next year, though... So right now me, mom, and Hay are just hanging out until the others get home... Back to work tomorrow.. Yuck.... Only one more week and I'll be on VACATION!!!! I can't wait... We're off to ST. Louis...... That will be so much fun..... Anyway, hope everyone has a great week.

Caitlyn's Birthday Party!

Today has been a great one! I got up early this morning and got to work, work, work. The girls cleaned their room with Dave. When I got home, we got dressed and went to Dale and Shanna's for Caitlyn's 8yr birthday party!! She had a Hawian themed party with flower necklaces and also a pinata to bust!! Caitlyn's cake was so cute too... It had flip flops on it.... She got lots of cool things and pretty clothes... We had lots of fun.... Hannah got to stay after the party and play with Caitlyn and the other Hannah.... We came home and put Hayleigh down for a nap... She just got up and we are going to eat supper (Mi Ranchito)... In a little while, Dave is going to pick up Dale and they are going to go watch the championship softball game for the 6yr olds over at Tindall park.... No other plans for me and the little one, we're just gonna hang out here..... Anyways, Happy Birthday Caitlyn!!! And here a few pics of the party.....

Cranky, Hot, Oh And My Thumb Hurts Too!

What a long horrible day for a Friday!!! It started off this morning with a blood vessel bursting on the pad of my thumb.... I didn't do anything to hurt it either.... My whole thumb is purple and it hurts like heck.... I couldn't even write today without being in some kind of pain... I never knew how much I used my thumb until I couldn't use it well today.... Then I got punked down by a 4yr old while I was doing his check up! The little turd told me he was going to bite me and that I was real mean!!! I was just trying to weigh him at that point! There were no sharp objects involved in this!! Needless to say I was ready for him come shot time!!! Ohhhh, if he was my kid... Well, you know what I'd do if he was mine..... The highlight of my day was going to lunch with Nancy at our favorite restaurant Casa Mexicana.... Then back to HELL!!!! We had to work in sick clinic for the afternoon and it was just as horrible.... The air wasn't working right and we were burning up and sweating... That DOES NOT help a bad mood, by the way... It just makes it worse... When it was time to leave, I think I ran out of there!!! Came home and me, Dave and the girls went and got supper (McDonald's) and then headed over to Dale and Shanna's house to visit while David went to watch the state championship softball tourney that was going on.. Me and girls visited for awhile and played the Wii fit some... Then we came on home and took quick showers because little one was already asleep and now we are all in bed and I'm catching up on blogging and then I'm putting my pretty little head to rest too.... Caitlyn's birthday party is tomorrow at noon and we will be celebrating that!!!! Fun, Fun..... Shanna, I hope you find your camera card!! Just in case I'll bring my camera too!!! Goodnight.....

Recipes: Little Pizzas

This next recipe is something my mom used to make all of the time.
2 cans of biscuits (I used wheat)
1 jar of pizza sauce
1 package of pepperoni
1 package of shredded cheese
and any other ingredients that you would like to put on your pizzas...

grease a cooking sheet. Lay biscuits out on sheet and flatten them with palm of hand. Next spread pizza sauce on biscuits. Then put cheese, peperoni's and anything else you want on it. Heat oven with the directions on the biscuit can.. Usually 350 for 15 min.... The girls loved it! And so did daddy... Easy recipe and fast too...

Recipes:Blueberry Angel Dessert

1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 carton (8 oz) cool whip
1 angel food cake,cut in 1 inch cubes
2 cans blueberry pie filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in cool whip and cake cubes. Spread evenly into an ungreased 13x9x2 inch dish, top with pie filling. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Delish!! my family loved it..... I replaced all the ingredients with either sugar free or fat free... So nice low cal dessert... or you can fatten it up....

We've Lost 2 Icons Today....

Man, I was just sitting here and turned the T.V. on and they just announced the Michael Jackson has died!!! Whoa.... Also Fara Faucett passed on today from cancer...... Hard to believe..... I'm just stunned right now... Not expecting that one..... Today was pretty good.... Picked up Hayleigh early and we went to Wal-Mart to get groceries... Me and the girls made supper for daddy tonight.... I'm going to post pics and also recipes of what was made tonight.... Everything was made sugar free, but you don't have to make them like that.... We are fixin to go eat... Hope it's good..... We might go get out in the pool later too.... I can't believe Micheal Jackson is DEAD!! It doesn't seem right!!!

Just Another Day....

Today was my day off..... The girls of course wanted to go to school, because mommy is way more boring obviously... Haha.... I spent the day at home doing some much needed chores... Laundry for the most part.... It was to hot to get out, so I stayed in all day.... That saves Dave money...... Then I'm not tempted to spend anything if I stay put..... Hannah got to play on the big blow up water slide at school all DAY long.... I'm surprised she didn't get sun burned.... Hayleigh got to take her 4-wheeler to school with her and they had Ride Day.... She had a blast!!! Dave picked the girls up and brought them on home.... We fixed supper (Tatar tot casserole) a favorite of the girls..... And then daddy had to go meet with some folks about softball.... We have created a monster!!! The girls were wore out from today, and it didn't take long for them to go down for the night..... I'm not long behind them........

Movie Day:Kung Fu Panda

Today was busy at work.... We're picking up a little bit on check-ups.... Me and Nancy went to the library at lunch to check out some books.... Not much else to report for the day... I picked up the girls from school and we came home. Mom was still here but left when we got home.... She had some stuff to do tomorrow....She'll be back next week some time.... We had BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and beans for supper.... Yum.... Yum..... We didn't get to swim tonight because it's storming off and on.... Oh, well... Hannah went to the movies today and saw Kung Fu Panda.... Nothing like popcorn and a movie.... She's really having a blast with her summer program.... Hayleigh gets to bring her 4-wheeler to school tomorrow for Ride Day.... She's gonna have so much fun..... Goodnight.

Monday! We All Love Them...

Today has been long..... Most Mondays are... I didn't sleep well last night, so I'm ready for bed..... Mom came up today and will stay the night with us..The girls were glad to see her.... I picked the girls up when I got off work and came home to see NaNa.... Dave went to Family Dollar to pick up some more bacon...Yep, people, we had BLT's again!!!!! This is getting ridicules, huh? They are just soooo good... And I have all of these tomatoes...... When we got done, me and the girls got out in the pool for awhile... We played and played until I got water lagged!!! We are now watching Jon and Kate Plus 8.... Never really got into them..... But, nothing else is on...... Will get baths soon and bed won't be to far away......

Happy Father's Day

I hope everyone has had a wonderful Father's Day... We got up this morning and got ready for church... The girls and I got Dave cards and Hayleigh brought them to him while we were getting dressed.... Hayleigh moved up to the 3yr old class for Sunday school... She had lots of fun and made Daddy a cross that she colored all by herself. Hannah also made a cool card for her daddy.... I'll save those and put them in the scrapbook.... When church was over, we went and ate at TaMolly's.... Then home for afternoon naps... We are now going to go swimming for a little while and then have BLT's for supper again.... Back to work tomorrow... Yuck! I'm sure our week will be full of something.... Always is.... Anyways.. Hope everyone has a great rest of the day....

Great Day Spent With Family

Today has been a great day!! We got up this morning and went to Pine Bluff to spend the day with Mimi and PaPaw and Uncle Micheal, Aunt Bridgette,and Jacob...NeNaw also came for a little while to visit. We so enjoyed seeing and visiting with them.. The girls got to play with Jacob and me and Dave couldn't keep our hand off of him either..... We swam alot and had lunch (pimento cheese sandwiches and chips) and then swam some more.... We also took pictures of the cousins together in their Fourth of July best.... We really got some cute pics too.... Later on Mimi had a girl come over and take some more pics of the girls and Jacob.... She was more of a professional than me.... HaHa.... But, I think I did good to... Not to toot my on horn or anything... HaHaHa..... Then Dave grilled burgers and hot dogs.... We ate that for supper with sugar free apple pie and ice cream for dessert.... The girls were wore out by the time we left because no one got naps and so needless to say we didn't get to far down the road before little one was out... We just got home and had showers and are now winding down for the night... Tomorrow is Father's Day and we'll go to church and probably swim some too... Whatever daddy want's to do... It's his day.......

Friday! Yeah!!!

Today is Friday!!! I'm sooo happy....Ready for the weekend.... The girls had fun at daycare today. Work was busy, but not too bad... Hannah had pizza and watched a movie for summer camp today.... I picked the girls up from school and came on home. Dave went straight to Wal-Mart to pick up stuff for BLT's... I just got some Bradley Pink tomatoes and I was craving them... When he got home we cooked the bacon and ate until we popped.... It was soooo good.... Right now he is out in the back yard putting chemicals in the pool.... We are going to Pine Bluff tomorrow to visit with family for Father's Day.... I can't wait to see Jacob...... Oh, and Michael and Bridgette too! haha...... We will have a fun filled day of swimming and cooking out..... No other plans for the weekend... Just gonna chill out with ol' dad.......

Almost Friday....

Today has been a good one. Work was work... What can I say? Hannah got to go skating and had lots of fun.... Hayleigh got her fingernails painted in her class.... When I got off work I went and picked the girls up and came home... Dave had just finished mowing the lawn and was in the shower... He went to Sonic for supper... I wasn't happy about that, so I ate nothing.... Sonic is NOT on the diet.... When they get done with supper, Dave and Hannah are going up the the batting cages to practice hitting off the pitching machine again.... Me and Hayleigh bug are going to stay here and chill out.... Hope everyone has a great night....

Long Summer Day...

Today was hot again.... And a long boring one too.... Hannah went to Cakery Affairs for their field trip today... They made Father's Day cookies and she brought that home today and gave Dave.. He loved it... He also got a Best Father Award too.... When everyone got home today, we went to eat at El Ranchito for supper.. Then off to Wal-Mart for a few things... Seems like we are always going there... When we got home, me and the girls got out in the pool for awhile.. The water is just right now.... Love it..... We are now watching WipeOut...... Will be bedtime soon.......

Our Bad Cat....

I forgot to tell you guys about what happened about 4am this morning... I awoke to something crashing and breaking in the kitchen... Now, that's a scary noise to wake up too... A million things were going through my mind at the time... Burglers for the most part.... By the time I worked up enough nerve to get up and turn the lights on in the hall, Dave was already up and standing half asleep in the kitchen.... My cake plate that I got as a wedding gift ( which has made it through 2 toddlers, might I add) was broken into a million pieces all over the floor... My bad cat was on the other side of the table hunched down giving me a guilty look.... Hmmm.... Now who could have done this? Considering the plate was on top of the bakers rack???? Only one animal came to mind.... I could have beat him, but instead I busied myself cleaning up the mess and sending the BEAR back to bed..... ( That would be Dave)..... I gave the cat a good tongue lashing and went back to bed.... This morning I gave him another one, because I stepped on a piece of glass that I missed and cut my foot!!!! That Darn Cat!!!!!

Hot,Hot,Hot.....

Today has been another hot one!! The girls went to daycare and had fun.. Hayleigh is going to the potty without us having to prompt her... She just says she needs to go, and then takes herself!! Amazing.... We'll see how long that lasts, but so far, so good.... Hannah went to the movies this morning and saw Mr. Mogorium's Wonder Emporium.. She said it was good... I picked the girls up and we went and got treats of a coke and Cheetos and then home we went.... They played in their room for a little while and Hannah fell asleep... Me and Dave cooked supper (chicken and rice) and we are now watching Hannah play Wii Fit.... And who knows what Hayleigh is doing... HaHa.... Nothing much else to report for tonight.....

Dirt Diamonds End Of Year Party

Today was a hot one!! Man... I was off today and didn't do to much... Hannah had swimming at daycare today... They went to Mills Park... I didn't like the idea of that, but I let her go anyways.. But momma wasn't to far away.. I sat out in my car the whole time they swam, so I could make sure that she was doing right.... I left a little before they were done and went on to Target to get me a new book.... When I finished there I went and picked the girls up at daycare... Hannah brought a friend home to do some more swimming before the banquet....Needless to say, I know one tired little girl right now.... We got dressed and went to Larry's Pizza for the Dirt Diamonds End of Year Party... The girls played games and ate pizza and cupcakes.... Then Dave passed out trophies to everyone... They got bobble head trophies... Soooo cute.... And also certificates with their names on it.... We just got home not to long ago and have had our baths... I'm the only one still up right now... Sunday At Home....

Today has been another great one.... Got up this morning with a cold and headache, though... I've been sneezing all day.... The girls and Dave went to church this morning... Hannah got to climb a rock wall.... Dave said she was scared at first.... But she did it! When they got home we had our Sunday pot roast and then took naps.... We are now watching NASCAR... Well, Dave is watching.... HaHa.... The girls are playing in their room.... And I'm looking around on the net.. I'm a little bored.... Dave is going to Wal-Mart to pick up Hannah's lunchables for the week... I'm off tomorrow and I think I'm going to scrapbook for the first time in awhile... I got lots of catching up to do.... No big plans for the week....

Olivia's Birthday Party At Pottery Worx

Today has been a great day... We got up this morning and got dressed and went to Wal-Mart to pick up a birthday present for Olivia's party... We then went to the Bryant Midtown Farmer's Market to look around... Then it was time for the party at 10pm... The girls had so much fun painting and playing with friends.... Dave got to visit with some folks that he grew up with in Pine Bluff, so everyone enjoyed themselves... They had cake and Olivia opened her present and then it was time to go... When we were done with that, we got lunch for the girls (Burger King) and went home for naps... After naps, we had company over for a little while.... Dale and Shanna and the kids came over for some swimming and supper of Hamburgers and smoked peppers.. The food was soooo good... The swimming was fun too..... Then the kids played while we visited.... I also decorated Shanna's blog while they were here..... Check it out... It's too cute.... They just left and now it's time for baths and bed will be shortly too.. The girls are wore out.... Me too.....

Friday With Family And Yucky Weather Too!

Today I was off, and I kept the girls home from daycare.. Mom and Nana Carolyn came for a visit this morning.... The girls were soo excited to see them.... We visited for a little while and then went to Wal-Mart to look around.. After that we met Dave at The Great Wall Buffet and had lunch... When we got done with that we went to Cato and I got Nana a surprise blouse that she wanted.... Then I needed a new purse, so we went to B.Jaxx and I got a pretty one... It's black and red.... The girls got purses too... For 1 dollar!!! We came home after that because Hayleigh was way past her nap time.... They left about 2pm going home.. Right before the storms hit.... We had some serious storms come through... Serious enough that the sirens were going off... Hannah was flipping out!! And Dave was still at work, so I had to deal with it all by myself... I went and put the mattress in the laundry room getting ready for a showdown.. But nothing really bad happened... Only strong winds, rain, and some hail.... We made it!! And Hannah was sooooo happy when it was over... Needless to say, we are ready for bed tonight!! When Dave got home, we took Hannah up to the Batting cages and let her hit off of the pitching machine... She did really good for her first time... She did smash her finger, though... What's a little blood in softball, huh? I think we are going to sign her up for private hitting lessons, just so she can be ready for next season... She loves it so much.... After we got done with that we went to eat at El Ranchito.... We've never taken the girls there before, and they LOVED it... The ate tacos and beans and rice..... We are now at home watching Don't Forget The Lyrics.... Baths and Bedtime soon.... And I'm ready.... As always..... HaHa....
